Article 10.1(a) of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce requires the provider’s name or registered name, its residence or registered address — or, failing that, the address of one of its permanent establishments in Spain — its email address and any other detail allowing direct and effective communication; paragraph (e) adds the tax identification number.

Paragraph (b) requires the details of registration with the Commercial Registry or with the public registry in which the provider is registered. The owner of this site provides the service as a natural person and not as a company. No registration of the owner in the Commercial Registry that must be published for this activity is on record.

Activity and applicable rules

Tattooing is subject to the health and hygiene rules in force in Galicia. Decree 13/2004 sets out the technical requirements and minimum health conditions for these activities in non-healthcare establishments; article 2.2 provides for activity notification to Sanidade.

Article 10.1(c) of the LSSI requires details of the authorisation and supervisory body where the activity is subject to prior administrative authorisation.

Regulated profession

Paragraph (d) requires anyone practising a regulated profession to publish the details of their professional body, membership number, academic qualification and applicable professional rules. This site makes no claim of practising a chartered profession; were the owner to do so, those details would be published in this section.

Prices

Paragraph (f) requires, where the service refers to prices, clear and accurate information about the price, stating whether it includes applicable taxes and, where relevant, shipping costs. Work is quoted individually. The site does not take payments online.
